LUSAKA – Eswatini’s national carrier, Eswatini Air, has officially launched its presence in Zambia, marking a new chapter in regional connectivity between the Kingdom and Lusaka.
The airline on Tuesday rolled out its Zambia activation campaign in Lusaka, beginning with a feature on Hot FM’s popular morning drive show before hosting a press conference at the Protea Hotel Lusaka.
Working alongside its Zambia General Sales Agent, AirlinePros, Eswatini Air engaged a broad range of aviation and tourism stakeholders during the event. Among those present were officials from Zambia Civil Aviation, Zambia Airports Corporation Limited, Zambia Tourism Authority and the Zambia Travel Agents Association. EmaSwati students based in Zambia also attended the launch.
The event drew coverage from more than 10 media houses, signalling strong interest from the Zambian market.
Eswatini Air described the day as a major milestone as it extends its footprint beyond the Kingdom’s borders. The airline said the Lusaka engagement was designed to strengthen ties with regulators, tourism bodies and travel agents while introducing its services to the Zambian public.
