Mbabane – The Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs has opened the refund process for tickets purchased for the Ruby Jubilee Celebration that was held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, giving affected ticket holders until Thursday, May 7 to submit their claims.
All attendees who purchased tickets through official channels are eligible for a full refund, and the ministry has outlined a two-step process to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
Ticket holders are first required to visit the official refund portal at https://tinyurl.com/RubyJubilee Refunds, where they must fill in their personal and purchase details carefully before submitting the form. 
Once the online form has been submitted, applicants must then send supporting documentation by email to getone@mojaticket.com. The required attachments include proof of payment, which can be a digital receipt, bank notification or screenshot of the transaction, as well as the original digital tickets or clear scans of physical tickets.
The ministry has asked that all emails use the subject line “Ruby Jubilee Celebration Show Refund Request” followed by the applicant’s name, to help speed up identification of requests.
The deadline for submitting refund requests is Thursday, May 7, 2026, with payments to be processed on Friday, May 8, 2026.
