Manzini police have arrested a 32-year-old man from KaKhoza for allegedly stabbing his 30-year-old sister following a dispute over money.
According to the Royal Eswatini Police Service, the incident occurred on 22 March 2026 after the brother demanded repayment of a E50 loan he had given his sister. When she was unable to return the money, an argument broke out, during which he reportedly stabbed her twice on the head with a sharp object. The woman required medical attention following the attack.
The suspect was taken into custody on the morning of 23 March at around 8:00 AM and is expected to appear before the Manzini Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 24 March 2026, to face charges related to the attempted murder.
