24 cattle stolen in Mpuluzi

Bhunya – Police are investigating a stock theft reported early on March 25, 2026, in the Mpuluzi area. A 72-year-old man from Ekuthuleni discovered that 24 of his cattle, valued at E183 500, were missing from his kraal in Mangcongco.

The kraal was found empty in the early morning by children preparing for school. Authorities were alerted immediately, and Bhunya police launched an investigation. So far, six of the stolen cattle have been recovered near the borderline, while efforts continue to locate the remaining 18.

The Royal Eswatini Police Service is urging anyone with information on the theft to contact Bhunya Desk Officer Sergeant Mamba at 7635 9167, Bhunya Police at 2452 6090, or call 999/9999 or 112 in case of an emergency.
