Kigali – National Commissioner of Police Manoma Vusie Masango has travelled to Kigali, Rwanda, to attend the 25th Anniversary commemoration of the Rwanda National Police and a Special Forces Graduation Ceremony.
The visit comes on the back of a longstanding bilateral relationship between the Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) and the Rwanda National Police, a partnership that has fostered cooperation between the two forces through information exchange, shared best practices and exposure to modern training methods.
The relationship has borne tangible results over the years. REPS officers have previously travelled to Rwanda to teach their counterparts tactical motorcycle defensive riding skills, a skill transfer that speaks to the depth of the professional ties between the two police organisations. 
While in Kigali, Commissioner Masango also met with a group of REPS officers currently stationed in Rwanda as part of the ongoing skills exchange programme between the two forces.
The National Commissioner was accompanied by a delegation that includes Senior Assistant Commissioner Raphael Maseko, who also serves as Director of Traffic and Transport Management, Assistant Superintendent Samuel Manyatsi, Sergeant Tsepo Ngwenya and Constable Michael Gama.
